Important Travel Details
Credentials for ‘Sail to the Symphony’ tour patrons are issued in two separate ways:
Your concert tickets are emailed to you immediately and automatically upon purchase.
If you have purchased ferry fare as part of your travel package, a member of our team will follow up manually with your walk-on vouchers (PDF format) for travel from Comox to Powell River and return.
Ferry details for travel on Saturday June 29 as part of the ‘Sail to the Symphony’ package are as follows:
Departure from Comox: 9:55am. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
When you arrive at the ticket booth, please show the ticket agent your voucher and your concert ticket. The departure location is listed on each ferry voucher. There is 1 voucher provided for each way, and are to be cut at the indicated line on the PDF.
Once the ferry arrives in Powell River, PRISMA volunteers will guide you to the pick-up point where we will have a bus waiting to provide transportation to the Evergreen Theatre where you enjoy lunch and the concert, which starts at 1:30pm.
Once the concert concludes our bus will be waiting to take you back to the ferry terminal in time for the 5:15 pm sailing where you will again show your voucher to the ticket agent.
